Beach Front the Wedge Four

  • Wedge 4 is a two bedroom ocean front apartment with the its own very large sun deck that overlooks the ocean and the beach 180 degrees both North and South.  Wedge Four is the 1st one at the top of the driveway and is semi detached to unit two with the largest rear garden courtyard and a single carport at the rear. It has the very best of views as it is the highest of the 4 apartments and sits in front of the other 3, giving it views up and down the coast line.  All the units are the same size and the same floor plan with different furniture layouts and interior fittings.  The ground floor is 8.2m x 7.6m of internal space plus 5m x 8.2m of private front sun deck with retractable sun shades. Every unit has incredible ocean and beach views directly in front and to the north as far as the eye can see. Beautiful white sand beach and the most wonderful ocean views. The private rear garden courtyard is reticulated and has an outdoor cold water shower and a private carport for a standard size car. Additional car parking is off the road at the front of the apartments and is accessed through the pathway between 2 and 3.

  • 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed on the first floor, 2 wardrobes with draws, bedside tables, lamps, blanket box & writing desk in main bedroom, opening windows in both bedroom.  

  • Ceiling fans in bedrooms

  • Air conditioning is split system reverse cycle and covers the who open plan.

  • Ground floor is open plan lounge, dining room seating for up to 6, full kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, Meila oven and glass top 3 burner electric cooker, coffee machine, full refrigerator - all with fabulous ocean views.

  • Bathroom with shower and toilet and a front loading washing machine.

  • All bath towels, quality linen, quilts, bathmats, tea towels and a couple of beach towels. 

  • Sun lounges and outdoor dining furniture for sun deck to relax & enjoy a glass of wine with the sun setting over the ocean.

  • Gas BBQ in rear garden courtyard with outdoor dining setting.

  • 2 Beach rolls and a  beach umbrella.

  • Timber floors throughout the main house for easy care and carpeted on the staircase & first floor.

 As well as in a great position with some of the best ocean views in Mandurah, we are only 5 mins drive to the Village Centre for live entertainment or more restaurants. 2 minutes from the Mandurah Country Club, walking distance to the Dome Cafe Halls Head along the beach front & 5 minutes drive to the big new Halls Head Shopping Centre, including Aldi, Coles, Farmer Jacks, Kmart, bakeries, bottle shops, cafes & restaurants.  Everything within close proximity or cycling distance if you prefer - we offer FREE not so new bikes & helmets for those guests who would like to sightsee on a bike.  We do not offer chain locks.

  • Good fishing, swimming or surfing on the beach in front for those that enjoy a dip. Beach access just across the road and Blue Bay right next door of our location with fresh cold water showers & toilets.
